A spacious, fully furnished studio with a separate bunk room on the edge of Newquay, with ocean and country views. You get your own self-contained space plus the run of the SeaSpace site.

The studio has a king-size bed, a sofa and coffee table, and a dining area that doubles as a workspace, with an open wardrobe for storage. The open-plan kitchen sits at the centre of the space and is fully equipped for proper cooking, dishwasher included. A separate bunk room behind a sliding door adds extra sleeping space, and the en-suite has a modern shower.

From 1 September 2026, weekly cleaning is mandatory at an additional cost (fee TBC).

Dogs welcome: £100 per month for one dog, £150 for two.

Mid season (September and October 2026, April and May 2027): £1,800 per month
Low season (November 2026 to March 2027): £1,625 per month

Availability is limited over Easter and the festive period, and mid-season lets end at May half term.

Booking terms
50% deposit at the time of booking, balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations: full refund 60+ days before arrival, 50% refund between 59 and 30 days, non-refundable within 30 days.
